Homemade Boneless Chicken Wings

Ingredients
3/4 TBSP of agave nectar3 tsps of apple cider vinegar1 TBSP of ketchup1 tsp of yellow mustard30 grams of seasoned bread crumbs12 ounces of chicken breast25 grams of Wing-It Authentic Buffalo Style Wing SauceWater1/2 TBSP of butter
Directions
Combine Agave, apple cider vinegar, mustard, ketchup and wing sauce as well as melted butter to create a sauce of pure awesomeness. Cut chicken breasts into small pieces and moisten with water. Then lightly bread chicken and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees. While still hot, add chicken to the sauce, stir and delight! Add a measured portion of blue cheese crumbles, light ranch dressing, etc. If you use 12 ounces of chicken then the caloric information for this recipe is very accurate. Serving size is 4 oz.
