Pork Loin & Bean Soup

Ingredients
2/3 lb. pork loin chops, cubed1 c. dry pinto beans1 pkg. onion soup mix4 c. water
Directions
Combine ingredients in stockpot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook for 2 hours or until beans are soft. Makes 4 1c. servings. (You can also cook this in a crockpot on high for 6-8 hours.)
