Pan fried potato

Ingredients
1 large white potato1 small white onion, raw1 clove garlic (or garlic salt to taste)
Directions
Wash potato. Thinly slice potato and place into a hot skillet sprayed with Pam or small amount of oil. Chop up onion and garlic, add to potato. Cover covered, stirring frequently. Some of the Potatoes should brown slightly. Once potato is soft and easy to cut with fork, remove from heat and eat.
