Green Tomatillo Salsa

Ingredients
7-8 Tomatillos1 clove garlic2 jalapenossalt to tastepepper to taste1/2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
1. Peel and cut stems off tomatillos, garlic, and jalapeno. DO NOT chop up!!!
2. Boil first 3 ingredients in medium pot for 15-20 minutes or until tomatillos are soft.
3. Drain and place tomatillos, garlic, and jalapenos in blender. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and blend till you get the consistancy you like. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
