4 medium white potatoes, halved and quartered1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp dried rosemary1tbsp garlic powder or fresh garlic1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl combine all the ingredients and toss. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. I use white potatoes because they are low calorie and gluten free. You can also use red potatoes.
