Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Potatos

Ingredients
4 medium white potatoes, halved and quartered1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp dried rosemary1tbsp garlic powder or fresh garlic1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a bowl combine all the ingredients and toss. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender. I use white potatoes because they are low calorie and gluten free. You can also use red potatoes.

    I had added two sweet Potatos just to give mine color, but the smell while it was cooking was irresistible. Thank you for this recipe because some of us are better on a grill the then stove. :) - 9/6/15
