1 tbsp peanut butter (smooth, organic) 1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 1/4 cup Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened)1/4 cup quick oats (uncooked)

Cook Oatmeal in water. Add remaining ingredients.

    This was much better then I was expecting - very creamy. For me, I would remove the peanut butter and add in more blueberries, or combine the peanut butter with a banana. Also, in the future, will be reducing the Ricotta down to 2 Tbsp. Makes a great change in the morning! - 1/23/10
