6 eggland best eggs2 cups salsaone cup green peppersone cup cheddar low fat cheese
scramble eggs and place in pan on low heat for 3 minutes adding salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add in salsa, green peppers and cheese and let cook another 2 minutes. Fold over omelete and seal sides.
