Nadine's Low Sodium Heart Healthy CHILI

Ingredients
* Bison, 4 svgs 16oz pckg, 16 oz (remove) * Kidney Beans low sodium (1 can = 3.5 svg), 7 serving (remove) * Corn - no salt, 3.5 serving (remove) * Tomato Sauce 8oz can, 1 serving (remove) * Stewed Tomatoes no salt added 3.5 svgs can, 3.5 serving (remove) * *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 6 tsp (remove) * Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove) * Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
Brown the Bison (Buffalo)...drain what little fat there is. Add in onions, cook a few minutes with the Bison, add remainder ingredients and stir. Top with 1/4 cup cheese if desired, but add that in separate from recipe so get correct amount of sodium. I use the low moisture/part skim cheese.
