salmon croquettes

Ingredients
1 can pink salmon1 diced onion1 egg2 T dried dill1/2 cup crushed crackers, bread crumbs or matzo meal
Directions
makes 4 patties
1. drain and remove all bones from salmon (I remove the gray parts, too)
2. add finely diced onion, egg, matzo meal, and dill
3. mix together with hands and form into 4 pattie
4. brown in pan sprayed with cooking spray
