1 cup bannanas 1/2 cup pineapple 2 strawberries 1 yougurt ( light or fat free ) 1/4 tz flax seed groud 1/4 tz milk ( 2%, 1 % or fat free )1/2 tz crushed ice
Directions
Mix all in the blender .
if you need more sugar on that recipe you can use agave syrup, honey or turbinado sugar !
