Johnson DownDay Egg White Omelet

2 egg whites, lightly beaten1 mushroom, dicedRed bell pepper - about 2 tablespoons1 long onion, diced few hits of green tabasco
1. Spray frying pan with fat free cooking spray
2. Add veggies to hot pan and cook until soft
3. Crack garlic pepper over top of veggies and remove from pan
4. Add egg whites and let set up like an omelet, flip
5. Add veggies to omelet, fold
6. Top with green Tabasco sauce or whatever low cal sauce you prefer
