Granny's Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey1/2 cup bread crumbs8 oz Hunt's No Added Salt Tomato Sauce2 Tbsp. mustard2 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. white vinegar8 oz. water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg white, 1/2 of the tomato sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well, put into lightly greased baking dish, and shape into loaf.
In a bowl, mix together other 1/2 of tomato sauce, mustard, brown sugar, vinegar, and water. Pour into baking dish with meatloaf.
Bake for 1 hour.
Serves 4.

Sorry it didn't work out for you. Maybe a little too much of something made it too mushy. It comes out great for me, and not that consistency at all. I have used different grades of ground turkey thought, and that does play a part in the consistency. It's much better to use the leanest one. :)
