Sausage Cheese balls

Ingredients
1 lb Sausage3/4 c soy flour2 c 2% fat sharp cheddar cheese shredded1/2 c finely copped onion2 T Spicy mustard1tsp. Garlic powder2 egg whites (or equivalent)
Directions
Mix all ingredients in to 1 inch balls (makes 36)

bake at 375 for 20 minutes on cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

May also serve with your favorite sauce (additional nutrients not included in this recipe)
