TART CUPS1 package cream cheese.5 cup butter, softened1 cup flourFILLING1 pkg jello, either lemon, or lime1.5 cup water1 pkg cream cheese1 cup sugar1 can evaporated milk
Beat 1 pkg cream cheese and butter, until smooth. Add flour and mix well. Form into 24 balls. Make indentation (for filling later) and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350, for 10-15 minutes. Let cool.
Heat water and add jello, set aside to cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar and evaporated milk. Gradually add jello to mix and whip until smooth.
Fill the tart cups, chill until ready to serve.
