Apple Crepes

Crepes:2 eggs1 cup milk1/3 cup water1 cup AP flour2 Tbs sugar1 tsp vanilla extract1 Tbs Calvados2 Tbs ButterApple Filing:3 Granny Smith Apples2 Tbs butter1/3 cup sugar1 Tbs Calvados1/2 Tsp Cinnamon(3 Tbs optional nuts - I leave them out)Powdered sugar for dustingWhip cream if you like
Directions
Use Crepe pan for crepes. Prepare batter and refrigerate for 1-24 hours before making!
