Mini Sweet Cornbread Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 c cornmeal mix1/2 c flour1/2 c natural applesauce1/4 c Dannon light and fit vanilla yogurt1/2 can sweet corn, pulsed in food processor2 tsps Splena (or sweetened to taste)water to cornbread consistency
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Spray 24 hole mini muffin pan with Pam. Fill muffin holes. Makes 27 muffins. One muffin is one serving.
