Lentils, 3 cup Onions, raw, 1 small Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped Bay Leaf, 1 leafOrganic Low Sodium Chicken Stock, 4 cupsWater, 2 cups1 can diced tomatoes-italian flavored2 cups diced ham7 small red potato diced1 cup dry barleySeasonings: Salt, Pepper, Parsley, Cumin
Chop onion and bell pepper
Rinse Lentils
Combine veggies and lentils in crock pot
Add water, chick stock, tomatos, and bay leaf
Season to taste
Simmer on low in crock pot for 6-8 hours
Makes approx 12-1 cup servings
