Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) choppedWhite Onion, 1 large, chopped Ground beef, lean, 1 lbPepper, black, 3 tbsp Salt, 1 tbsp
Directions
in a large pot, brown the meat and onion.

add all the cabbage and salt and pepper. toss together.

cover and let it cook down, stirring occasionally.

the cabbage makes lots of it's own broth for a great soup. simple and yummy! aprox 8 - 2 cup servings.
