Tomato - Onion - Avocado Salad

Ingredients
2 Roma tomatoes (or 1 regular tomato will work) - cut into weges3 - 5 very thinly sliced red onions (or local sweet onions)1/4 of an avocado1 - 2 tsp olive oil1 - 2 tsp balsamic vinegarSalt to taste
Directions
Cut tomato into wedges
Slice onions very thinly
Mix tomatoes and onions together
Add 2 - 3 dashes of salt
Add olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Mix
Add avocado slices (note, a good trick is to slice the avocado in it's skin, then scoop out after...slices done!)
Add a dash or two of salt

Either eat immediately, or let sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Enjoy a mouthful of heaven!
