Ingredients:Avocados, California (Haas), 1 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)*Trader Joes, Plain non fat yogurt, 6 oz (remove)Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp, .50 serving (remove)Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp (remove)*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)
Directions
put yogurt in a bowl with other ingredients, smash avocado with a fork and add and mix up well, add pepper and a little sea salt if desired
