Easy Enchiladas

1lb. ground (chicken, beef, turkey)2 (10 oz) cans Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce6 oz (1 1/2 cups) shredded cheese1 (12 ct) pkg. Flour tortillas for soft tacos1 cup diced onions1/2 pack of taco season mix1/4 cup watergarnish with some chives.
1. Heat oven 375F Brown ground (beef, chicken, turkey) over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked; drain. Mix half pack of taco mix into the ground (beef, chicken, turkey) and add 1/4 cup of water. Stir until all the mix is blended in with the meat. Add 1/2 a can of enchilada sauce stir until well mixed.
2. Spoon enchilada filing onto tortillas; roll up and place seam side down in lightly greased 13x9x12-inches baking dish.
3. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over top; sprinkle remaining cheese.
Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes.
