Ingredients
"Tuna"1/2 cup chick peas mashed with fork1 Tbs Veganaise1 slice chopped onion1 stalk chopped celery1 - 2 Tbs relish1 squirt mustard"Sandwich ingredients"1 slice bread - toasted2 slices tomatograted soy cheese topping
Directions
Mix the tuna ingredients, toast your bread, add the "tuna" and top with tomato and soy cheese. Pop in under the broiler til it starts to melt and brown.
