Ingredients
2 Hawaiian avocados2 tbsp. lemon juice6 tbsp. homemade salsa from Kamuela1Spike seasoning to taste.
Directions
Serves 16 depending on the size of the avocados. Mash avocado. Add lemon juice and mash again. Season with Spike seasoning to taste. Add Kamuela1's homemade salsa. Enjoy 2 tbsp. serving or divide the total quantity of guacamole by 16 to get serving amount to equal 1/8 avocado per serving.
