Ingredients
* Milk, nonfat, 1 cup * Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .25 cup, unthawed 1/2 banana * Egg white, 1 serving * Vanilla Frozen Yogurt, 0.25 cup *Body Fortress - Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate (2 Scoop), 68 gram(s)
Directions
pour milk into blender with powder and egg white and frozen yogurt.
put lid on and blend for a few seconds. add fruit a piece at a time until all is in and blend for 1 min to 1 min 30 sec.
usually makes two servings. pour into two cups and enjoy.

note: you can substitute any kind of fruit for the strawberry and bananna.
