So Easy Soda Bread

Ingredients
2 c. whole wheat flour1 c. all purpose flour.5 c. quick oats2t. baking soda.5t. salt1T. chia seeds or other like poppy optional2c. no fat milk1t. lemon juice
Directions
Sift all dry ingredients together. Add seeds if using. Add lemon juice to milk. Make well in middle of dry ing. pour milk into center, stir together. Nead only 5 times. Pat out into about a 9 inch disk. Place on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake about 25 min. or until golden and sounds hallow when tapped, at 400 degrees.
