butternut and summer squash soup

Ingredients
one medium butternut squash one medium summer squash (marrow in the UK). 2 red onionstsp cinnammonsalt and pepper half chicken stock cubehalf tbs oil
Directions
roughly chop all the ingredients and put into half tbs of oil in a large soup pan. fry gently for a few minutes while you dissolve the half cube of stock in a cup of hot water. Pour stock over the cooking vegetables and pour on more hot water to half cover the vegetables. Cook until soft stirring occasionaly. when cooked add the cinnammon and blend before serving.
