Slowcooker Ginger Chicken

1 c mushrooms3 cloves garlic, choppedabout 1.5 tsp ginger, chopped or grated finely1.5 chicken breasts, skinless, chopped1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp fish sauce2 tsp soft brown sugar1/2 cube Knorr chicken bouillon 1 cup water1/2 red pepper (garnish)1/2 c fresh cilantro (garnish)
Combine all ingredients (except garnishes) in slowcooker. Cook high 4-6 hours or low 8-10 hours.
(Can also be made in a pan by combining soy sauce, fish sauce and sugar in skillet. Cook until well-blended. Separately, cook chicken in a pan with 1 tbsp oil. Add mushrooms, garlic and ginger. Mix all together.)
*great served over rice. You can also add onions and other veggies.
