Quinoa Soup

Ingredients
*Ancient Harvest Quinoa (1/4 cup dry), 2 serving (remove)*Pacific Natural Foods, Low Sodium Organic Vegetable Broth, 2 cup (remove)*Bell pepper, Red, 1 medium pepper, 1 serving (remove)*Green Bell Pepper (Whole Pepper), 1 serving (remove)*green onion (spring onion), 0.5 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)Green Beans (snap), 1 cup (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled (remove)Cloves, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Cook veggies and quinoa on a slow cooker till the quinoa and the veggies are done.
'Cook' the spices - Garlic, Cinnamon, Red chilly, Bayleaves,Pepper ,Cloves in olive oil.
Add to the above. Remove the whole spices if needed later.
A perfect proteiny soul for a perfect fall day.

For a heartier taste, stir fry the veggies with Pam and add to quinoa when done
