pasta with vodka sauce

Ingredients
4 Tbsp light butter1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder3c tomato puree1c vodka1 c light half and half1 c parmesan cheesered pepper flakes to tastesalt and pepper to taste1lb farfalle pasta
Directions
cook pasta drain
melt butter in a pan then add garlic and onion
add tomato puree, salt, pepper, and red pepper, let simmer 5-10 minutes, add vodka
let cook until it reduces alcohol out (10-15 min)
add cream, stir well
add cheese when done and toss with pasta

makes 5 - 1 cup servings
