canned pumpkin, coconut oil, raw coconut flour, egg whites, 3 eggs, spices for a pumpkin pie. combine wet into dry and whisk. quickly pour into muffin tins as coconut oil returns to solid state when it hits the cold pumpkin/eggs

bake for 14 mins at 400F makes 12 small cuffins
