Beer based beef stew (crock pot)

3 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast1/2 bag Baby Carrots, raw1 large baking potato (cut into sm chunks)2 bottles of dark beer1 can diced tomato1 can tomato paste1 Tbsp Thyme, ground1 packet brown gravy mix1 large Onions (cut into chunks)1 pkg button mushrooms2 Tbsp Worchestershire Sauce1/2 package frozen peas3 cloves of garlis (pressed)1/2 cup Flour1 Tbsp Black pepper, black1 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
Shake beef chunks in four and put on bottom of crock pot.
Mix all ingredients in crock pot, except peas.
Cook on low for 8 hours. Thaw green peas and add them.
