Zucchini Parmesan

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Mozz Cheese1/2 Cup FF Ricotta Cheese1/2 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 Cup Italian style breadcrumbs1 egg1 can (1.75 cups) Diced tomaotes1 jar (3 cups) Classico Tomato & Basil Spagetti Sauce1 LARGE Zucchini (roughly 6 cups)
Directions
Slice Zucchini. Dip in egg and then bread crumbs. Bake on baking pan at 375 roughly 10 minutes/side. Mix cheeses together. Mix sauce & diced tomatoes together. Place sauce in bottom of baking dish. Layer with zucchini, cheese mix, sauce until full. Bake ~ 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
