4 c. Multi-Grain Cheerios4 c. Wheat Chex4 c. Pretzel Stick (low sodium if you can find 'em)3 tbsp worcestershire1 tsp onion powder1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp seasoned salt2 packets no calorie sweetener
Preheat oven to 200*
Place all cereal into a plastic bag (or a lidded bowl)
Add dry spices and shake, shake, shake
Add Worcestershire and shake, shake, shake
Pour mixture into a large baking dish
Bake at 200* for 1.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven (allow to cool before storing)
Makes 12, 1 cup servings
