crockpot chicken stew

Ingredients
boneless, skinless chicken breasts chopped into 1-in. pieces3 carrots, chopped3 celery stalks, chopped1 red onion, chopped1 red bell pepper, chopped1 yellow bell pepper, chopped1 orange bell pepper, chopped5-6 small red potatoes, cubed2 cans chicken brothall spices to taste...I'm approximating amounts here, b/c I just threw stuff in. :)coriander powder, 2 tspturmeric, 2 Tbspcayenne pepper, 1/2 tspdried basil, 2 Tbspdried parsley, 1-2 Tbspdried oregano, 1-2 tspcelery seed, 1 tsp
Directions
I put the chicken on the bottom of the crock pot, and then threw everything else in.
Cook on low for 8 hours, or until the chicken is done.
