apple dumplings

water, sugar, spices...mix together and boil. Add butterpeel apples (6)mix 2 cups flour, 2 t baking powder, 1 t saltmix in 1/2 cup butter until crumblyadd 1/2 cup milk and mix until mixedroll out and wrap each apple sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg and sugar in a piece of doughplace in pan and pour syrup overbake in 375 oven for 30 minutes or until apples are done
