Turkey cutlets with cranberry-pear chutney

6 Tbsp brown sugar1/4 C chicken broth1/4 C cider vinegar1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp ground ginger1/8 tsp ground cloves4 4oz turkey cutletsseasonings to taste1 Tbsp olive oil1 ripe pear, chopped1 C whole cranberriespinch of orange extract
Whisk together sugar, broth, vinegar, orange extract, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a small bowl.
Sprinkle cutlets with seasonings of choice, I used Mrs. Dash Garlic herb. heat oil in large skillet and saute cutlets until cooked through. Turn to low and keep warm.
In a separate small pan, add pears and cranberries to sugar mixture. Bring to a boil and simmer until berries begin to pop and the mixture thickens. Pour over cutlets and serve.
