Ingredients
2 Cups Egg Beaters 1/2 Cup Skim Milk1 Cup 1% Cottage Cheese 1/2 Cup 2% Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1 Cup Diced Extra Lean Ham1 Cup Chooped Cooked BroccoliSalt & Pepper to Taste
Directions
Makes 4 Servings
~ Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
~ Blend Egg Beaters, Skim Milk, Cottage Cheese, and Shredded Cheese. Stir in ham & broccoli.
~ Pour into large greased pie pan or 9x11 pan. Can also be poured into 16 muffin cups (4 Muffins=1 Serving)
~ Bake 40-60 minutes until top of quiche is lightly browned.
