Low Fat Mac and Cheese

Ingredients
- 10 oz. uncooked pasta- 1.5 c. 2% milk- 6 T. lite cream cheese- 4 oz. 2% cheddar cheese- .5 c. Parmesan cheese- 2 t. dry chicken base- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
Directions
- Cook pasta until done, drain
- Pour milk and cream cheese into a warm pan, stir until melted
- While still stirring add chicken base, can of cheddar cheese soup, Parmesan cheese and grated cheddar cheese
- Stir until smooth, add cooked pasta, put into a microwave safe dish
- Microwave for 5 minutes and serve
