1 1/2 lb of raw sirloin steak1 medium onion1 medium green pepper2 c. of water1 envelope of Lipton dried onion soup mix1 can of chopped green chilischeddar cheesesalsa
Cut up sirloin steak into pieces and place into crock pot. Add soup mix, chilis, and water and let it cook on low for 4-6 hours. Slice up bell pepper and onion and saute over medium heat in olive oil until tender. Warm tortilla shell up in microwave for 20 seconds. Drain meat mixture. Place meat onto tortilla shell and top with grilled onions/peppers, cheese and salsa. fold and eat!
