Ingredients
2 c. whole wh eat flour1c All purpose flour1/2c splenda no cal. sugar sweet1t salt1t soda1-1/2 c fat free milk1/2 c. chopped walnuts1/2 c. molasses
Directions
sift all dry ingredients except baking soda.Mix soda with milk. Make a well in dry mixture pour in molasses and milk stir until just blended.stir in nuts.

Note:you can use any sugar substitute you want and any nuts of your choice.
