Pumpkin meal shake

Ingredients
3 cups mashed pumpkins 6 cups water1 tbsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon- ground NB. tofu or protein powder may also be added :)
Directions
mash boiled pumpkins and seperate 3cups

ensure other indredients are pressent

in a blender, blend each cup of pumpkin with 2 cup of water,and combine the other ingredients. mix well

*crush ice may be added or it may be chilled for a few minutes.

drink for snack, breakfast, lunch or dinner.
for added benefits, protein powder or tofu may be added.
