Breakfast Wrap with egg whites

Spinach, fresh, 1 cup egg white, fresh, 8 large Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, shredded .5 cup Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced Tumaro's Gourmet Tortilla multi grain, 4 serving
Spray saute pan with butter flavored (or olive oil) cooking spray. Saute spinach and mushrooms until spinach is wilted. Add tomatoes and cook about 1-2 minutes longer. Add egg whites and continue cooking until eggs are firm.
Warm wraps in microwave for 30 seconds, fill with egg mixture and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Fold wrap around eggs and cheese. Makes 4 wraps
