Super Easy Egg Wrap

Ingredients
Eggland's Best Eggs (one whole egg plus one egg white)1/4 cup part-skim mozarella cheese1/4 cup sliced bell peppers1 tbsp cilantro, chopped1 tsp smoked paprika1 cup bagged spinach1/2 Roma tomato, sliced1 tbsp salsa1 tbsp Greek yogurt1 Multi-grain Flat Out Wrap
Directions
Finely chop bell peppers and cilantro. Slice tomato and set aside. Saute bell peppers in pan over medium heat for 5 minutes. Whisk one whole egg and one egg white in a bowl. Add cooked bell peppers, cilantro, cheese, and smoked paprika. Separate one egg, reserving the egg white. Place egg mixture in bowl and cook for 5 minutes. When egg is set, flip over to cook the other side. To prepare wrap, spread salsa and Greek yogurt evenly. Add spinach and sliced tomato. Add egg. Roll up and serve with salsa on the side if preferred.
