gluten free pumpkin pecan muffins

Ingredients
1 cup gluten free flour1 cup oats1/2 cup turbinado sugar1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1 can pumpkin puree2 eggs1/2 cup applesauce1/2 cup pecans
Directions
Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Combine pumpkin, eggs and applesauce in a medium bowl. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add wet ingredients, mixing just until blended. Stir in nuts.

Pour into greased muffin cups and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.
