Apple Crumble

Filling:2 cups of chopped apples1Tblsp cinnamonTopping:1 cup of wholewheat flour2 cups of oats1/2 cup of shredded coconut (optional)3 Tablespoons of oil1/4 cup of runny honey
Preheat oven to 180C or 350F.
Cook apples with a little water on medium heat in a saucepan. When apple have been cooking for 10 minutes add cinnamon and cook for a further 5 minutes. While apple is cooking put the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until honey and oil is dispersed throughout ingredients. Consistency should be crumbs.( a bit larger than breadcrumbs).
When the apple is cooked put in a medium rectangle oven proof dish. Place the crumbs over the top and lightly press. Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until topping is golden brown. Serve with milk, low fat cream or yoghurt.
Serves 8 Serving Spoon sizes.
