Day's Vegi Soup

Ingredients
5 cans Vegetarian Broth12 oz can of V826 oz Whole plum tomatoes, hand crushed4 cups of water1 tbs Mrs. Dash Garlic Herb2 1/4 cups Celery chopped2 cups Carrots chopped2 cups Green Beans2 1/2 cups Broccoli3 cups Mushrooms sliced2 cups cabbage sliced1 1/2 cup Edamame, frozen
Directions
Makes about 10, 2 cup Servings. Turn pot on medium heat. keep covered while cooking.
Add water, V8, crushed tomatoes and broth to large pot. Add Mrs. Dash and stir. Add carrots and celery and bring to a boil. Turn down and simmer for 20 minutes. Add green beans and mushrooms and simmer for 15 more minutes. Then add the cabbage, edamame and broccoli, and cook for about 15 more minutes and then serve.
