Banana Cream Pie Smoothe

Ingredients
1 cup sliced ripe banana (about 1 small)1 cup plain low fat yogurt1/2 cup skim milk2 tablespoons low fat honey graham crackers1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract3 ice cubes (about 1/4 cup)
Directions
Arrange banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet, and freeze untile firm (about 1 hour). Place frozen banana and remaining ingredients in a blender. Process until smoothe. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if desired. Serve immediately.
