Ingredients
2 c. all purpose flour1 T baking powder1.5 t cinamon1/2 t nutmeg1 whole egg2 egg whites4 T brown sugar1 c pumpkin puree
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together, mix wet ingredients together. Gently mix all together.

Cook batter measuring 1/4 c of batter per 4 inch waffle.

Makes about 12 4 inch waffles. Serving 2 waffles
