Ingredients
4c 5 Grain Rolled Whole Grain Cereal 1c Unsweetened Flake Coconut1/4c Flaxseed Meal1/2c Pumpkin Seeds (unshelled) 1c Walnut pieces1/2T Pumpkin Pie Spice1T Vanilla Powder1/4c Honey 1/4c Pure Maple Syrup1/4c Walnut Oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together. Mix oil, honey and syrup together (heat slightly if necessary) . Mix wet and dry ingredients. Spread in a shallow pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
