Pumpkin Bread Pudding

4 Slices Ezekiel Bread w/raisins broken up into pieces1 C Egg Whites or Egg Substitute1/2 C Splenda4 Sccops Whey Protein Powder Any Flavor1/2 tsp. Cinnamon1 Can Pumpkin Puree (not pie mix)Sugar Free Syrup Optional
Put borken up bread into a large bowl.
Stir in Egg whites, then the splenda
Stir in the protein powder and pumpkin puree
Add Cinnamon
Pour into an 8x8 baking pan sprayed with pam. Bake at 350 for approx. 20-25 minutes. When cooled, cut into 4 squares.
Makes 4 large servings
Great with sugar free syrup over the top, calculations were with one serving of syrup on top. YUM
